Claudia Fry is a research assistant at Lund University Centre for Sustainability Studies where she is involved in research on migration governance, looking particularly at the local level as a site for inclusion. She has recently published the paper “Horizontal Local Governance and Social Inclusion: The Case of Municipality-Civil Society Engagement During Refugee Reception in Malmö, Sweden”, based on her bachelor’s thesis which she wrote during her internship in the MAGYC project. Apart from MAGYC, she is also involved in the MISTY project looking at the role of migration in sustainability transformations. She holds a recent bachelor’s degree in development studies from Lund University.
