Andrej Přívara
Andrej Přívara has been a full-time researcher at the Department of Social Development and Labour, Faculty of National Economy at the University of Economics in Bratislava since 2018 when he graduated from the University of Economics in Bratislava. He has been a Research Fellow at the Institute for Labour Economics, Wirtschaftsuniversität Wien in Austria (6 months in 2012 and 4 months in 2010). Earlier he has been a Research Fellow at the Sorbonne Nouvelle- Paris 3 (4 months within the Scholarship Programme Hlavička in 2010 and 4 months within the National Scholarship Programme of the Slovak Republic). Andrej Přívara achieved his PhD degree at the Faculty of National Economy in 2011. During his PhD studies, he coordinated 2 projects of young researchers at the University of Economics in Bratislava (IGP projects), he was part of several international and national research projects (VEGA projects). He has more than 60 papers focused on the European labour market issues, flexicurity policy and the international labour migration. Results of his research have been published in international scientific journals such as Work, Employment and Society, Migration Letters or Kurdish Studies.
